About Stefan

Based in Chicago, Stefan has more than 15 years of international development experience and currently leads and provides strategic direction to Euromonitor’s IDEV division. Partnering with team’s from across our 16 regional offices, Stefan supports a wide range of clients – from multilateral development banks and UN agencies to foundations, research institutes, and other non-profit entities.

Prior to Euromonitor, Stefan worked in a variety of public and private sector IDEV roles with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and with AECOM’s International Development team. He has also worked as a Middle East political risk analyst based in the region. He has visited and worked in 25 countries around the world.

Stefan has a Masters in Middle Eastern Studies (Modern Political Economy) from the University of Chicago.
