Since 2008, VLB organizes this technical conference, especially focused on the Ibero-American beer sector. The 14th VLB Ibero-American Symposium on Brewing & Filling Technology will be held on this occasion in Mexico City, including a technical visit to the Heineken Brewery in Toluca (by invitation of Heineken Mexico). This symposium will be held in English and Spanish with simultaneous translation.

Session description: La evolución constante de la industria cervecera en Latinoamérica nos impulsa a estar al tanto de las nuevas tendencias que podrían estar transformando el panorama del consumo. Desde el creciente interés en cervezas artesanales hasta la búsqueda de métodos de producción más sostenibles, saludables y libres de alcohol, estas tendencias reflejan cambios significativos en las preferencias y demandas de los consumidores, así como en las estrategias empresariales. En esta presentación exploraremos las tendencias clave que están dando forma a la industria en la región latinoamericana.

E-vapour products have become a topic of growing debate in key Latin American markets. Brazil and Mexico have experienced different market evolutions over the past few years.
