The alcoholic drinks industry has faced massive shifts in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, however the non alcoholic spirits segment achieved about a 7 to 8 percent total volume growth on a global level; the exact opposite of the spirits category overall. Spiros Malandrakis, Head of Alcoholic Drinks research says in the next 3 to 5 years that he expects a level of indulgence not seen since the so-called "roaring 20s".
