Due to long-standing cultural beliefs, many Vietnamese consumers continue to prefer hand washing their dishes. This preference stems not only from the perception that dishwashers may not provide the same level of cleanliness as hand washing but also from traditional practices.
When choosing dishwashers, consumers typically focus on their effectiveness, compared to hand washing, and the cost of monthly operation. As a result, they have high expectations in terms of energy-efficiency, water conservation, automatic dishwashing features and time-saving capabilities.
Consumers in Vietnam continue to prefer physical observation of major appliances like dishwashers. They value in-person consultations with staff who can explain the technologies and features to help them choose a product that fits their budget and needs.

Dishwashers
A dishwasher is a device for cleaning crockery and cutlery. Freestanding models are commonly available in full-size, slimline and compact variants. Built-in machines can be fully integrated (completely hidden by a door front and have their controls at the top of the dishwasher door on the inside), semi-integrated which are covered by a matching kitchen door up to the height drawer, which are usually built in at chest height to make loading easier.
