The ongoing modernisation of Morocco’s office and commercial infrastructure will play a key role in shaping vending channel growth over the forecast period. As more business parks and shared workspaces are constructed in peripheral urban zones with limited foodservice availability, vending will become an increasingly attractive solution for providing convenient refreshments.
Unpackaged drinks vending is expected to be among the most dynamic segments in vending over the coming years. Beyond its initial growth from a low base, the segment will benefit from ongoing changes in beverage preferences, particularly the shift from mint tea to coffee.
Over the forecast period, vending is expected to expand into new spaces as a wider range of retailers and vendors adopt the format to diversify revenue streams. Convenience stores and forecourt retailers are likely to introduce vending machines to extend their reach beyond standard trading hours and locations.
