Vending in Ukraine is expected to expand further in the forecast period, driven by urbanisation, digital transformation, and changing consumer habits. As businesses reopen and more people return to city centres, vending machines will see renewed demand in office spaces, co-working hubs, and public transportation nodes.
There is also growing potential for fresh food vending, particularly in safer regions where demand for healthy, convenient meals is rising on the back of the broader health and wellness trend. Some companies are testing machines offering freshly prepared sandwiches, salads, and dairy products, targeting office workers and students.
Another key area of growth in vending in the forecast period will be specialised and high value vending machines, catering to niche markets. The demand for coffee vending remains strong, particularly in transportation hubs, workplaces, and educational institutions.
